Is the job of a financial manager at a cement factory that relies on usurious funding and deals with usurious banks permissible, and what is the ruling on this if the majority of available jobs are of this nature?

Working as a financial manager in a cement factory is permissible even if it was established with a usurious loan, as long as the manager himself does not engage in usurious transactions, such as borrowing with interest or being the one who estimates and approves it, due to the hadith: "Allah has cursed the one who consumes Riba, the one who feeds it, its two scribes, and its two witnesses." If all available jobs necessitate engaging in unlawful acts, then it is not permissible to accept them except in a state of necessity where one fears perishing or severe hardship, as Allah Almighty says: "unless you are compelled to do so."
