Is it permissible for a man to marry while he is a student and does not have sufficient income to support a wife, relying on Allah's saying: "If they should be poor, Allah will enrich them from His bounty"?

For a student with limited income, if his income covers the obligatory maintenance for his wife, even with the help of relatives, it is recommended for him to marry. If he fears falling into haram (unlawful acts), then it becomes obligatory for him. Maintenance is estimated by what suffices the woman in food, housing, and clothing according to the condition of the spouses. If he cannot afford the maintenance, he must inform the woman of his situation. If she agrees, then he may marry; otherwise, he should not proceed with the marriage to prevent harm to her. Relying on texts about enriching the poor who marry is based on having good expectations of Allah and sincere intention in seeking Allah's pleasure and preserving one's chastity.
