Will the family be reunited on the Day of Resurrection?

The Day of Judgment is a momentous day, when a person will flee from their kin, and the evildoer will wish to ransom himself from his torment with everyone on Earth. People will be gathered barefoot and naked, and the matter will be too severe for them to look at one another. On this difficult day, the closest relatives will refuse to grant even one good deed to each other, for "every man among them, that Day, will have concern enough to make him oblivious [to others]." If the children are saved from the Fire and follow their parents in faith, they will be joined with them in Paradise, even if their rank is lower, out of honor for the parents.
