Will each person be judged according to their madhhab on the Day of Resurrection, and will loved ones meet in Paradise?

The Muslim is obligated to obey Allah and His Messenger and to act upon the Sharia proofs. The role of scholars is to clarify the implications of these proofs without sanctifying their own statements. Accountability on the Day of Judgment will be for monotheism and responding to the messengers, as Allah Almighty says: "And [mention] the Day He will call them and say, 'Where are My 'partners' whom you used to claim?'" and "And [mention] the Day He will call them and say, 'What did you answer the messengers?'" Righteous spouses will be united in Paradise, as the Quran states in His Almighty saying: "Gardens of perpetual residence, which they will enter, as well as those who acted righteously from among their fathers, their spouses, and their offspring," so that their eyes may be delighted, even with differing ranks.
