What about a woman who has delayed making up her fasting for more than a year and has been unable to pay the expiation due to poverty?

Whoever neglected to make up for missed days of until the next Ramadan arrived, must pay an expiation of one mudd (a measure of food) to a poor person for each day. This expiation does not multiply with the number of years. Whoever is able to pay the expiation immediately, must do so. And whoever is unable, it becomes a debt upon them, to be paid when they are able.
