What is the ruling on a judge's fatwa when he is angry?

It is disliked for a judge to pass a judgment and for a mufti to issue a fatwa while they are angry, as well as in cases of extreme hunger, excessive fullness, illness, holding back the two excretions (urine and feces), intense sorrow or joy, or overwhelming drowsiness. This is based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "No one should judge between two people while he is angry." If a judge passes a judgment in these situations, his ruling is executable and is not to be overturned unless he ruled contrary to a text (from the Quran or Sunnah), a consensus, or a clear analogical deduction. The dislike is removed if there is an urgent need for an immediate ruling.
