What should I do if the judge is biased toward my opponent, rejects my evidence, and delays appointments, and I cannot prove it?

If the injustice attributed to the judge is proven, he must sincerely repent, for he has committed a grave sin by violating Allah's command for justice and contravening the directives of the Holy Qur’an, which enjoin truth, forbid following desires, and warn of the torment of the Day of Judgment for those who stray from Allah’s path. He falls under the severe warning mentioned in the Prophet’s (peace be upon him) saying: "Judges are three: two in the Hellfire and one in Paradise." The judge who rules unjustly, whether knowingly or unknowingly, is in the Hellfire. If the judge persists in his injustice, there is no harm in referring the matter to the authorities to have the case transferred from him or to allow an appeal.
