The answer

Injustice is one of the grave sins that are forbidden, and Allah Almighty has warned against it in the Holy Quran and through His Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. Allah Almighty says: "For the wrongdoers there will be no devoted friend and no intercessor [whose plea will be] accepted." And the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Beware of injustice, for injustice will be darknesses on the Day of Resurrection." Injustice from a person in authority or a guardian is even more forbidden and repulsive, because he is entrusted with those under his care. And the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "There is no servant whom Allah entrusts with a flock, and he dies on the day he dies while he was deceitful to his flock, except that Allah will forbid Paradise for him."
