Who wrote the boycott document that led to the siege of the Prophet, peace be upon him, in the ravine of Mecca?

Historians have differed regarding the scribe of the boycott document. Some say it was Mansur ibn Ikrimah, others say Al-Nadr ibn Al-Harith, and still others say Bagheed ibn Amir. Another opinion is that it was Hisham ibn Amr ibn Al-Harith Al-Amiri, who later embraced Islam. It is also possible that there were multiple scribes producing different versions.
