Did the Messenger order the killing of Abdullah ibn Abi Sarh on the Day of the Conquest of Mecca, despite his saying: "Whoever enters the House is safe"?

On the day of the conquest of Mecca, the Prophet (peace be upon him) granted amnesty to the people, except for four individuals whom he ordered to be killed, even if they were found clinging to the curtains of the Kaaba. These were: Ikrimah ibn Abi Jahl, Abdullah ibn Khatal, Miqyas ibn Subabah, and Abdullah ibn Sa'd ibn Abi al-Sarh. Ibn Khatal and Miqyas were killed. As for Ikrimah, he embraced Islam after surviving a storm at sea. As for Ibn Abi al-Sarh, Uthman ibn Affan hid him, then brought him to the Prophet, who then accepted his pledge of allegiance. Afterwards, the Prophet reproached his companions for not killing him.
