Does the divorce of the second and third wives count as having occurred?

A woman inciting you to divorce your wife is reprehensible, and divorce without a valid reason is either disliked (makrooh) or forbidden (haram). If you divorced your wife for legitimate reasons, then the divorce you uttered in front of the Shaykh is a revocable divorce (talaq raj'i). What you followed it with—two additional divorces—completed the three, making your wife irrevocably separated from you with a major separation (baynunah kubra) according to the majority of jurists. As for declaring one's wife unlawful (tahrim al-zawjah) and ambiguous divorce expressions (kinayat al-talaq), these depend on the husband's intention.
