Is it permissible for someone suffering from obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) regarding purity and prayer to follow a plan that includes: 1. Praying two consecutive prayers with one ablution, despite having urinary incontinence and gas? 2. Completing the prayer despite severe tension and anxiety that affect tranquility but are beyond one's control? 3. Not holding back gas during prayer, knowing that holding it back causes her fatigue and excessive movement that disrupts tranquility? 4. Does pressing on the vaginal area during defecation cause semen to be discharged? And does the accumulation of saliva during diarrhea mean semen discharge? 5. Is she allowed to perform ablution directly without paying attention to any gas that may be released? 6. Is she required to repeat the prayers in which she had doubts and added rak'ahs due to the OCD?

We ask Allah for healing from obsessive thoughts. Since you suffer from سلس (incontinence/constant discharge):

1. Combining Prayers (جمع الصلوات): It is permissible to combine two prayers, either by performing the second early (taqdim) or delaying the first (ta'khir). There is no harm in acting upon the view of the Malikis that constant impurity (al-hadath (definition) al-da'im) does not invalidate wudu'. 2. Anxiety During Prayer (التوتر أثناء الصلاة): Anxiety does not affect the validity of the prayer. It is not permissible to interrupt the prayer to answer the phone or open the door. It is preferable to lighten the prayer while completing its pillars. 3. Holding Back Gas (حبس الريح): If gas is emitted constantly, it falls under the ruling of سلس (incontinence/constant discharge), and its emission does not cause harm. However, if it occurs occasionally, try to pray during times when it is not present. The prayer is valid when holding back gas if nothing is emitted, and it does not lead to abandoning a pillar or an obligation. 4. Discharges (ما ينزل من إفرازات): If it is maniy (seminal fluid) accompanied by desire, ghusl (definition) (ritual bath) is not obligatory (if it is a constant discharge). If it is constant, ghusl is not required according to the majority of scholars, but wudu' is required for each prayer time with the intention of making the prayer permissible. It is recommended to consult a specialized doctor for this condition. 5. Wudu': Your entering into wudu' without paying attention to the impurity (hadath) is valid, as the one who suffers from سلس is not harmed by the emission of impurities during purification. 6. Doubt in Prayer Pillars (الشك في أركان الصلاة): For the one suffering from obsessive thoughts, doubt should not be heeded, and no prostration of forgetfulness (sujud (definition) al-sahw) should be performed for it; one should build upon what is most likely. As for one whose doubt is not constant, they should build upon certainty and perform the doubted pillar.
