The answer

A person afflicted with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is advised to completely disregard it and pay no attention to it, along with making supplication.

As for urinary incontinence ( سلس ), if the afflicted person knows that their incontinence stops for a duration sufficient for purification and prayer, then they must wait for that time. If the cessation is unknown, then they may pray whenever they wish. It is necessary to guard against urine by tying a cloth, and there is a difference of opinion regarding the necessity of repeating every prayer. What has been mentioned is the view of the majority of scholars, and it is permissible to act upon the opinion of the Malikis out of necessity.
