Is a veiled girl, for whom a picture was taken without her hijab, and in which only the tops of their heads appear like black dots, with no features of their faces or bodies showing, and she posted it on social media, considered as one who has uncovered her hair?

If the image is indistinct, such that its features cannot be discerned, then there is no harm in it. Some scholars have permitted clear, small images, so an image whose features are not clear is even more deserving of permissibility. The Hanafis explicitly stated that small images are not included in the prohibition, because they are not ordinarily used in worship. They defined smallness as being such that the details of its limbs are not discernible to the viewer.
