Is it permissible for a Muslim to marry using money whose source is certificates with compound interest from usurious banks, knowing that he does not have sufficient income for marriage and his parents possess only this money?

Usurious bank deposits and certificates are forbidden by Islamic law. The parents must withdraw their deposits and keep only the principal. As for the profits generated from them, they are forbidden wealth that must be disposed of by spending it on the poor, the needy, and those in distress. If the son is in need, there is no objection to him taking from these profits to help him with marriage, because for the needy, it is good money. The son should continue to advise his parents and remind them of Allah (SWT) so that they may repent from dealing with usury.
