Does the reward for the Udhiyah decrease for the non-pilgrim if the sacrifice is a completely black ram?
Scholars have differed regarding the ruling on the Farewell Circumambulation ( al-Wada'). The majority of scholars hold it to be obligatory, while the Malikis consider it a (recommended). Some scholars are of the opinion that it is obligatory for those coming from outside Mecca (Ahl al-Afaq) and a Sunnah for the residents of Mecca. The correct view is that of the majority, that it is obligatory for every pilgrim who intends to depart from Mecca, whether they are residents of Mecca or not. This is based on the saying of Ibn Abbas: "The people were commanded that their last act should be with the House (Kaaba), except that it was lightened for the menstruating woman," and due to the generality of the evidence.
