He who takes possession of his sister’s house without her consent is an usurper and an aggressor, exposed to a severe warning, including the : “Whoever wrongfully takes a span of land, Allah will encircle him with it on the Day of Resurrection from seven earths.” If the sister dies without forgiving him, and the usurper repents, it is hoped that Allah will forgive him and satisfy the sister; otherwise, his good deeds will be taken away.
If the sister dies and the usurper is her sole heir, the ownership of the house transfers to him, and the ruling of usurpation ceases.
