What are the Shariah rulings and advice that you would direct to a 15-year-old young man concerning puberty, ritual purity (tahara), nocturnal emission (ihtilam), and matters of men?

The adolescent stage is critical. It highlights the importance of connecting the youth with good company, occupying their time with beneficial activities, initiating their marriage if feasible, frequently supplicating for them, encouraging them to perform acts of obedience, and preventing them from misusing modern technologies.

As for the religious duties of one who has reached puberty, they must adhere to all rulings of the Sharia by performing commanded acts and avoiding forbidden ones, such as prayer, fasting, zakat, and Hajj if they are able. Prayer is not valid except with ritual purity, so they must learn its rulings, in addition to learning the rulings of everything else that becomes obligatory upon them.
