Are the names "ʿAbduh" and "al-Raḥmānī" among the divine attributes (alfāẓ al-jalālah), and is it forbidden to discard divine attributes if they are written in English?

The names of Allah are a matter of divine revelation (tawqifiyyah); they cannot be established except with a legal proof. The names "Abduhu" (His slave) and "Al-Rahmani" (The Most Merciful One) are not among the names of Allah. Naming someone "Abduhu" is permissible, although it is better to explicitly mention the word "Allah" (e.g., Abdullah). Naming someone "Al-Rahmani" is permissible. It is obligatory to respect the name of Allah the Almighty and not to demean it.
