Does the sin of distribution fall upon the state or the beneficiaries if the distribution of the deceased father's inheritance contradicts Islamic law (for the male, a share equal to that of two females) and is distributed equally between male and female?

If the compensation is a permissible gift, religiously speaking, from the state or other entities, then it is to be divided in the manner specified by the gifting party. However, if the compensation takes the place of an inheritance, such as blood money (Diyya), then it must be divided according to Islamic Sharia, with the male receiving the share of two females. If the compensating entity distributed it equally between males and females, then the division must be redone according to Islamic Sharia, otherwise you will be sinful.
