To what extent is the hadith sound: "If you see a man with a yellow face without illness or ailment, that is due to deceit towards Islam in his heart"?

The hadith in question was narrated by Ibn al-Sunni and Abu Nu'aym in al-Tibb from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him), and it is weak. Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar said: "I have not found an origin for it attributed to him." Al-Albani graded it weak in Da'if al-Jami'.
