What is the required expiation (kaffarah) for Ẓihār obligatory upon the husband, and is it permissible to feed 60 needy persons meat and bread sandwiches as part of it?

The one who performs ẓihār against his wife must offer expiation in the following order: emancipating a slave; if he is unable to do so, then fasting for two consecutive months; if he is unable to do so, then feeding sixty poor people. Feeding is not permissible unless one is unable to emancipate a slave and fast. If he chooses to feed, he must feed sixty poor people enough for their lunch and dinner. According to some scholars, a single meal for each poor person is sufficient.
