The answer

Adultery is one of the most heinous crimes, as it threatens the fabric of society, progeny, and human dignity. The punishment for the adulterer is severe, as Allah Almighty says: "The woman and the man guilty of adultery or fornication―flog each one of them with a hundred stripes: Let not compassion move you in their case, in a matter prescribed by Allah, if you believe in Allah." As for the expulsion of the zygote or embryo resulting from adultery, it does not entail blood money or expiation, because it is not considered a fetus. The adulterer's duty is to repent, feel remorse, and resolve not to return to the sin.
