The answer

It should be known that the Visa card involves several prohibitions: 1. Signing a usurious contract, as the issuing entity stipulates an interest charge for late payment. 2. Actually falling into usury due to late payment for some impediment. 3. Some card issuers taking a percentage on what the customer withdraws, which is forbidden usury. 4. Purchasing gold and currency with an uncovered Visa card is forbidden.

Likewise, it is not permissible to purchase gold or currency with a Visa card at all (whether covered or uncovered), because this type of transaction requires immediate possession, which is not realized when dealing with a Visa card, due to the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Gold for gold, like for like, hand to hand; and silver for silver, like for like, hand to hand," and his saying: "If these types differ, then sell as you wish, provided it is hand to hand."
