The answer

There is no objection to using a Visa card if it is free from the condition of an interest payment or a penalty for late payment, or charging a percentage on cash withdrawals that exceeds the actual fee if the Visa card is not covered, or purchasing gold, silver, and currencies with an uncovered card. If the card includes any of these prohibitions, it is not permissible to use it.
