The sanctity of a Muslim's blood, property, and honor is immense. If someone is wronged and cannot have their injustice redressed in this world, Allah will deliver justice for them on the Day of Judgment, where scales will be set with equity. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, encouraged people to absolve themselves of injustices before the Day of Judgment, as a portion of the oppressor's good deeds will be taken commensurate with the injustice, or the wronged person's bad deeds will be placed upon the oppressor. The perpetrator is advised to repent and make amends for the injustice in this world, either through retribution or financial compensation.
