Are the Quran's attributes, such as "Noble" (Kareem), "Glorious" (Majeed), "Mighty" (Azeez), and "Blessed" (Mubarak), uncreated? And what is the ruling on someone who pauses or deduces in this matter and wishes to ask to be reassured? Is his question considered doubt that leads to disbelief?

The Qur'an is the uncreated Word of Allah, in both its letters and meanings. Everything mentioned therein by way of description, such as "noble" or "mighty," is truly the Word of Allah, befitting His majesty. As for human speech and actions when describing or reciting the Qur'an, these are created. However, what is recited (the Qur'an) is the uncreated Word of Allah. This is clear and requires no further clarification, and asking about it is not disbelief. One must abandon excessive scrupulosity and obsessive doubt.
