The answer

Earning money is permissible through one of three methods: work (as wages), guarantee (such as guaranteeing the performance of a task and bringing someone else to do it), or capital (such as investing one's money in speculation).

It is permissible for a person to accept a job for a wage, then delegate it to someone else for a lower wage, and profit from the difference, provided that the employer did not stipulate that the work must be performed by him personally.

However, if he is merely an intermediary and does not guarantee the work, he is not entitled to a commission without prior and transparent agreement. If the employee discovers an injustice in the actual wage, he has the right to terminate the contract or proceed with it, knowing that he has a choice in the future.
