Is rolling up one's sleeves considered one of the “kapt” (tucking/gathering clothes) acts forbidden in prayer, and does its ruling differ if the rolling up occurred before entering into prayer?

It is not permissible to roll up or fold sleeves to prevent them from touching the ground during prostration in prayer, whether before or during it, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "I have been commanded to prostrate on seven bones, and not to restrain hair or clothing."
