What is the ruling on supplicating against oppressors for their destruction at a specific and daily time?

It is permissible for the oppressed to supplicate against the oppressor, provided that the supplication does not exceed the extent of the injustice. It is not necessary to supplicate for their destruction unless their oppression is severe, such as waging war against Islam. It is permissible to restrict the supplication to a specific time if it has a meaning and a purpose, like supplicating for immediate victory in battle. However, it was not the Prophet's (peace be upon him) habit to regularly supplicate against oppressors at a specific time daily; rather, his supplication against them was generally unrestricted. It is mentioned in the Sunnah that the Prophet (peace be upon him) supplicated against some oppressors, after which the verse (لَيْسَ لَكَ مِنَ الأَمْرِ شَيْءٌ) [3:128] was revealed, indicating that the entire matter belongs to Allah.
