Is it permissible to perform Umrah with money provided by the bank in the annual Umrah lottery?

If the bank is Islamic and offers prizes from its own funds to encourage transactions with it, then there is no harm in taking them and using them for Umrah. However, if the bank is usurious (Riba-based), it is not permissible to deposit money in it except out of necessity. Furthermore, it is not permissible to benefit from the interest or prizes offered by it; rather, one must dispose of them by spending them on charitable causes and for the benefit of Muslims, because these prizes are considered a form of Riba (usury). The Permanent Committee has issued a fatwa stating that these prizes are impermissible because they are usurious gains in exchange for depositing money in Riba-based banks.
