Is it permissible to eat meat over which the name of Allah was not pronounced at the time of slaughter, given the presence of a distant Islamic restaurant and the inability to cook?

It is not permissible for you to eat meat from animals not slaughtered according to Islamic law, because it is carrion forbidden by the Quranic text, except for one who is in dire necessity and on the verge of perishing, and only to the extent necessary to avert perishing. You are not in dire necessity, as you can do without it by eating non-meat foods, or eating in Islamic restaurants, or by cooking food yourselves by rotation.
