What is the ruling on a man marrying with money from usury, and does sin result from it?

This marriage is valid if it fulfills the conditions of a valid marriage, namely the presence of a guardian (wali), witnesses, and a dowry (sadaq). The fact that the money used for the marriage was unlawful does not affect the validity of the marriage. However, the man must repent from dealing with usury and dispose of the usurious interest by spending it on charitable causes with the intention of getting rid of unlawful money.
