The answer

Working in usurious banks is among the grave sins, for Allah the Almighty says: (O you who have believed, fear Allah and give up what remains [due to you] of interest, if you should be believers. And if you do not, then be informed of a war [against you] from Allah and His Messenger). And because the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, "cursed the devourer of usury, its payer, its scribe, and its two witnesses." And "a dirham of usury that a man consumes knowingly is worse than thirty-six acts of fornication." Based on this, it is not permissible for the woman to marry this man unless he repents and abandons working in usury.
