What is the authenticity of the hadith: "The hungry is satiated, the thirsty is quenched, but I am never satiated with the love of prayer and women"?

This hadith has a very weak chain of transmission (isnad). It was narrated by Ibn Hibban in "Al-Majruheen" from Yusuf bin Atiyah As-Saffar, whom he described as one who alters chains of transmission and attaches fabricated narrations to authentic ones. It is not permissible to use it as an argument. Similarly, Ibn Ma'in said about this Yusuf: "His hadith is nothing," and Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar said about him: "Abandoned (matruk)." It was also narrated by Abdullah bin Imam Ahmad in his additions (Zawa'id) to his father's book "Az-Zuhd." Ibn Al-Qayyim stated that the origin of this hadith is in Sahih Muslim without the aforementioned addition.
