Does not maintaining prayer on time and in the mosque after finishing studies affect a young man's life with regard to blessings?

Congregational prayer is obligatory for an able-bodied man who hears the call [to prayer]. It is the second pillar of Islam after the two testimonies of faith, and it is the first of a Muslim's deeds to be examined. Delaying prayer beyond its prescribed time or neglecting it carries a severe warning, as Allah Almighty says: "There succeeded them a posterity who neglected prayers and pursued desires; so they are going to meet evil" [Maryam 19:59], and "So woe to those who pray, [but] who are heedless of their prayer" [Al-Ma'un 107:4-5]. One must maintain prayer at its legally prescribed time. Knowing Allah only in hardship, and not in ease, is a characteristic of disbelievers. A true believer knows his Lord in times of ease and hardship, as in the Prophet's advice to Ibn Abbas: "Be mindful of Allah in times of ease, and He will be mindful of you in times of hardship." You must strive to persevere in performing prayer in the mosque in congregation. It is not permissible to delay prayer beyond its time except for a legitimate excuse.
