What are the legitimate conditions and legal rulings that must be followed for the "Poetry and Literature" and "Entertainment" sections in an Islamic forum?

Poetry is speech; its good is good and its bad is bad. It is used to understand the Arabic language and for drawing evidence in exegesis (tafsir), lineage, and history. Amorous poetry (ghazal) is permissible if it does not contain indecency, and if the beloved is either anonymous or one's wife, and if it does not mention private parts that should be concealed. Entertainment is a human need, especially for youth, and it should not lead to falling into prohibitions, nor distract from duties. It is also preferable that it increases the knowledge of the entertained.
