Is a military pilot considered a martyr if killed in the line of duty or due to an error during training?

We hope that whoever dies in a similar accident while performing his lawful professional duty will be among the martyrs of the Hereafter who receive the reward of a martyr, like one who dies by a collapsed building, or falls from his mount, or tumbles from a mountain.
