Is one who dies as a result of being run over by a car considered a martyr?

The deceased in car accidents can attain the reward of a martyr in two cases:

First: If he dies due to internal bleeding (Al-Mabṭūn).

Second: If he dies due to the collision, whether inside or outside the car, he resembles the one who dies under a collapsed building, as mentioned in the noble Hadith.

The scholars of the Permanent Committee were asked about this, and they replied that they hope he will be a martyr.
