Is the inheritance calculated if the deceased bequeathed her gold for her Hajj and the remainder is distributed as charity, and she has 3 sons, 4 daughters, and 2 full sisters?

If a woman dies leaving four daughters, three sons, and two full sisters only, then the entire inheritance goes to her sons and daughters by ta'sib (agnatic succession), with the male receiving the share of two females. It is divided into ten shares (two shares for each son, and one share for each daughter). The two sisters receive nothing as they are excluded by the presence of the son.

Regarding her bequest for Hajj with gold:

1. If she had not performed the obligatory Hajj (Hajj al-Islam), her bequest must be fulfilled, and the cost of the obligatory Hajj is deducted from the principal of the estate, similar to a debt. 2. The value of the deducted Hajj should be calculated based on performing Hajj on her behalf starting from the Miqat, not from her home country. 3. If the Hajj was supererogatory, there are two opinions regarding the validity of the bequest. The more prominent opinion is that it is valid, and it is calculated from one-third of the bequest. 4. The recommended charity is calculated from one-third of the bequest, and anything exceeding one-third is not enforced unless the heirs consent.
