Is it permissible to give a portion of the zakāt on wealth designated for business investment to a needy married daughter, or to purchase necessities for her home, knowing that the inheritance has not yet been divided?

Do not pay zakat to the daughter mentioned if she is wealthy from her own money or from her husband's expenditure. However, if she is poor and her husband cannot provide for her after she has received her share of the inheritance, then according to the majority of scholars, it is not permissible to pay your zakat to her. But Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah holds the view that it is permissible to pay zakat to ascendants and descendants when one is unable to provide for them. And it is permissible for you to give her from the zakat money of her siblings. Zakat is paid in money, not in goods, and it is recommended to give to the poor woman from charity (sadaqat) because it is both charity and maintaining kinship ties.
