What is the punishment for a father who did not do justice for his daughter against the one who harassed her? And is the daughter sinful if she resents her father for that reason?

You did well by telling your father what your uncle did, and his action is wise, indicating intellect and religiosity, so do not rush to judge him. A father is responsible for protecting his family. (Indeed, all of you are guardians, and all of you are responsible for your charges… And a man is a guardian over the people of his household and is responsible for them). Be frank with your father and discuss with him the seriousness of the matter. If he insists on your uncle mixing with you, do not remain silent, and report him to the closest people to you from among the people of religion and wisdom. Be diligent in wearing the full legal hijab, stay away from any place where your uncle can see you, sever all ties with him, do not sit with him, and do not greet him. If possible, go to a safe house until your uncle leaves your home. If your father does not act appropriately, then you must bear the responsibility of protecting yourself and your religion by adhering to your hijab and avoiding unlawful mixing and seclusion. Allah the Almighty is aware of your situation and will record your reward. Allah the Most High says: (Indeed, Muslim men and Muslim women… and the men who guard their private parts and the women who do so… Allah has prepared for them forgiveness and a great reward).
