What is the ruling on being content with sprinkling water on the garment when pre-seminal fluid is discharged, or the obligation to wash the penis only, or the obligation to urinate, wash the penis, and sprinkle water on the garment?

Pre-seminal fluid (madhy) is impure and invalidates ablution. If it is discharged, it is obligatory to wash whatever parts of the body and clothing it has touched. Urination is not obligatory. If its discharge is frequent and washing it is difficult, then sprinkling water on the garment is sufficient.
