If you are certain that madhy (pre-seminal fluid) has been discharged, then it is obligatory to wash whatever it touched on the penis and testicles, and perform wudu (ablution). As for the clothes that the madhy touched, sprinkling them with water is sufficient, though washing is better. Nothing is incumbent upon you merely due to doubt about madhy touching clothes or the body, or about the discharge of madhy or urine, as the default is that it has not occurred. As for the transfer of impurity from one body to another, its transfer is not decreed with doubt, because the default is purity. As for the covenant and pledge with Allah, its matter is great, and if you pledge to a group for obedience and good, then it is not appropriate to violate the covenant.
