The answer

This word appears in the agreed-upon Hadith narrated by 'Ubadah ibn al-Samit (may Allah be pleased with him), that the Prophet (peace be upon him) took their pledge of allegiance to listen and obey, and not to dispute authority with its rightful holders, unless they witness clear disbelief (kufr bawwah) for which they have a proof from Allah. And "clear disbelief" (al-kufr al-bawwah) is manifest, obvious disbelief.
