Are a pregnant woman's ultrasound images considered 'awrah, such that it is impermissible to display them?

"Sonograms are not considered 'awrah' (parts of the body that must be covered) whose uncovering is prohibited. However, a woman should conceal them from non-mahram men out of modesty and decorum, unless there is a necessity or need, such as a treating physician. As for ultrasound imaging that requires uncovering the 'awrah before a non-mahram, it is not permissible except in cases of necessity or a recognized need. Mere curiosity about the fetus's gender, if it has no recognized medical purpose, does not fall under such a necessity."
