What is the Sharia ruling on dealing with a wife who left the marital home and requested a divorce after a family dispute, and refuses to move to another province because of work, and is she entitled to alimony if she insists on divorce, and is the husband entitled to demand the jewelry and gifts?

If the wife leaves the marital home due to a quarrel with her husband's mother, she is considered rebellious (nashiz) and is not entitled to maintenance, unless she is pregnant. The husband is not obligated to grant her a divorce unless she forfeits her dower or part of it. If it was not stipulated in the marriage contract that she would not be taken out of her country, then she does not have the right to refuse to move with him, and her refusal is considered an act of rebellion (nushooz).
