Is it permissible to divorce a wife who fulfills her duties, due to her inability to conceive, with the desire to have children from another wife, and is she entitled to the full deferred dower in this case?

Procreation is one of the important objectives of marriage, hence Islamic law encourages marrying a fertile woman. It is good to strive for procreation with the current wife and to marry another without divorcing her, while making abundant supplications. If this is not possible, there is no harm in divorcing her to facilitate procreation for both of them, as divorce is permissible when there is a need for it. Upon divorce, the wife must be given all her rights, such as the deferred dowry, unless she willingly relinquishes them.
