Is the wife entitled to claim the deferred dowry, the compensation for arbitrary divorce, and a one-year maintenance, after repeatedly requesting divorce and refusing to visit her husband's family, knowing that she refused to have children and saved her entire salary?

Allah created the male and the female, and each has their own distinct characteristics, rights, and duties. Man has guardianship and authority over woman, and this is a guardianship of care and cooperation, not one of dominance and tyranny, as Allah Almighty says: "Men are guardians over women because Allah has made some of them excel others and because they spend out of their wealth." The wife must obey her husband in what is right, allow him to enjoy her whenever he wishes, not refuse procreation, treat him and his family well, and not leave or travel except with his permission. The husband must provide for her maintenance, clothing, and housing in a reasonable manner. The wife has rights similar to the husband's regarding enjoyment, procreation, and good companionship. If the wife is content to remain on this basis, then that is good and excellent. But if she does not submit to Allah's law and insists on divorce without harm, then the husband may divorce her in exchange for her forfeiting her deferred dower, and she will have no right to compensation or maintenance thereafter.
