Will Allah punish the disbelievers in the Fire eternally, despite Him being more merciful to His servants than a mother is to her child, who would forgive her child after punishing him? And is listening to songs an impermissible echo, and watching bad movies an impermissible imagination?

Measuring Allah against a mother in not forgiving disbelievers is an analogy with a significant difference. For Allah is the Creator and Owner of the universe, and He has decreed for disbelievers no forgiveness and eternal hellfire. The evidence for this is His saying, the Almighty: "Indeed, Allah does not forgive association with Him, but He forgives what is less than that for whom He wills," and His saying: "Indeed, those who disbelieved among the People of the Scripture and the polytheists will be in the fire of Hell, abiding eternally therein. Those are the worst of creatures," and His saying: "Indeed, those who disbelieve in Our verses - We will drive them into a Fire. Every time their skins are roasted through, We will replace them with other skins so they may taste the punishment."
